Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and any product marked as a “final sale.” Additionally, for health and safety reasons, used soap products are not eligible for return or refund.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

2. Refunds
